Accountabilities:

·         Lead, mentor, and grow high-caliber engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.

·         Oversee recruitment, performance evaluation, and professional development for team members.

·         Contribute to strategic planning, aligning engineering objectives with organizational goals and long-term technology initiatives.

·         Provide technical guidance to ensure implementation of best practices, high-quality software delivery, and adherence to security and compliance standards.

·         Partner with product management and design teams to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure timely delivery of features.

·         Identify opportunities for technological advancement and innovation, maintaining awareness of industry trends.

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

·         8+ years managing software engineering teams in agile, fast-paced environments.

·         5+ years building B2B, multi-tenant SaaS products with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software on time and within budget.

·         Strong technical expertise in one or more programming languages and frameworks, preferably JVM-based.

·         Experience in healthcare or life sciences and B2B enterprise environments is highly desirable.

·         Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward high performance.

·         Experience with compliance, security protocols, and operationalizing software products at scale.
