About the Job Opportunity

We are scaling our Service Solutions business within the acute care hospital segment and are seeking a Director, Service Solutions to lead and elevate execution across a team of Service Solutions Executives. This is a high-impact, player-coach leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, improving deal outcomes, and expanding adoption of multi-vendor service solutions.

You will partner cross-functionally and directly influence complex, high-value deals by aligning stakeholders, shaping solutions, and ensuring disciplined execution across the sales lifecycle. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact how healthcare systems optimize service, cost, and equipment uptime.

What You’ll Do

Sales Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Service Solutions Executives to exceed performance goals
  • Elevate team capabilities in complex solution selling and stakeholder navigation
  • Establish clear expectations, accountability, and performance rhythms
  • Drive a high-performance culture focused on results, ownership, and continuous improvement

Deal Strategy & Execution

  • Engage directly in late-stage, complex deals to shape strategy and outcomes
  • Structure solutions, pricing, and contracts to balance growth and margin
  • Improve win rates, deal size, and pipeline conversion across hospital systems
  • Guide teams through multi-stakeholder decision processes and long sales cycles

 Account & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Partner with Account Executives to align territory strategy and account plans
  • Build executive-level relationships across HTM, Clinical Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance
  • Ensure solutions align to customer operational and financial priorities
  • Strengthen strategic alignment between customer needs and PartsSource offerings

 Operational Excellence & Cross-Functional Orchestration

  • Drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline discipline, and deal inspection rigor
  • Collaborate with Pricing, Legal, Finance, and Service Delivery on deal execution
  • Optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Leverage data and insights to inform decision-making and performance improvement

What You’ll Bring

Your Background

  • 8–12+ years of experience in healthcare services sales, solution selling, or related field (required)
  • Deep understanding of acute care hospital environments, including HTM and supply chain dynamics (required)
  • Proven success closing or influencing complex deals ($250K–$1M+) (required)
  • Experience leading or mentoring high-performing sales teams or overlay specialists (preferred)
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, including pricing and contract structuring (required)
  • Experience with multi-vendor service models or healthcare service solutions (preferred)
