Accountabilities:

  • Plan and facilitate regional and national training meetings, workshops, and hands-on lab sessions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Market Access teams to support tactical initiatives and business objectives.
  • Curate leadership development content and deploy sales enablement tools to foster continuous learning.
  • Enhance business planning capabilities of field teams, including CRM dashboards, sales analytics, and strategic use of training technology.
  • Ensure sales training and enablement programs incorporate best practices, adult learning principles, and commercial insights to maximize engagement and results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Instructional Design, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales training, field leadership, or commercial enablement within MedTech, Biologics, Device, Pharmaceutical, or related industries.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce CRM, and Learning Management Systems (e.g., Showpad, Allego).
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, sensitive information, and a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a balance of independence and collaboration.
