The Role 
We are seeking a Director, Project Manager and Business Operations to drive operational excellence within Performance Marketing, while collaborating with other operations leaders on cross-functional initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can see the big picture, streamline workflows, and connect teams to ensure smooth execution of enterprise-level processes. The ideal candidate will bring together different parts of the organization to develop scalable, efficient operational solutions that support both the line of business and broader enterprise objectives.

What You’ll Do

• Business Operations
  • Act as the primary operations lead within Performance Marketing, ensuring alignment between business strategy, process execution, and project performance
  • Partner closely with rev ops, client experience, finance, technology, and product teams to optimize and standardize operational workflows
  • Identify inefficiencies, develop solutions, and implement best practices that improve overall business performance in partnership with the GM, VP, Operations, and VP, Performance Marketing
  • Drive the execution of key initiatives and ensure accountability across teams
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with operation leadership to ensure seamless integration of processes aligning across the organization, but specifically within performance marketing line of business
  • Contribute to enterprise-wide process development, ensuring that the performance marketing line of business is aligned with broader company goals
  • Participate in governance and process improvement discussions that impact the performance marketing team and stakeholders
• Project & Program Management
  • Oversee enterprise client projects within the performance marketing line of business, ensuring successful delivery against strategic objectives
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changes
  • Establish success metrics and monitor performance to continuously improve processes and execution

Ideal Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, managing complex, high-impact initiatives
• 5+ years of experience in business operations, working across multiple teams to drive efficiency and scalability
• Strong ability to bridge business strategy with operational execution within a specific line of business
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and working collaboratively with other operations leaders
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Workfront, Jira, Salesforce, Agile, Waterfall)
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure performance and identify areas for improvement
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in a marketing, technology, or digital agency environment
• Background in enterprise client management, project management, and professional services operations
• Change management experience, particularly in process transformation and adoption
• Experience using Workfront Project Management System for project management and resource planning
