Director, Program Management

TLDR

Lead and drive execution for complex, cross-functional programs in a high-performing team at one of the fastest-growing apparel brands.

We are looking for a seasoned Director, Program Management that is excited to take their career to the next level with one of the fastest and most exciting apparel brands around! You will be working with Product Management, Program Management and Engineering in delivering outcomes in the Technology organization.  

What you'll get to do:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for enterprise-wide programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and long-term vision 
  • Drive the development, execution, and delivery of complex cross-functional programs, spanning IT, business functions, and third-party partners 
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of program and project managers 
  • Own and manage program budgets, resource allocation, and vendor partnerships 
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of programs—from strategic planning through implementation, change management, and adoption 
  • Ensure governance, compliance, and risk mitigation across all programs 
  • Act as a key liaison to senior leadership, translating business needs into actionable technology and process solutions 
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the program management discipline, including agile best practices, tool adoption, and operational efficiencies 
  • Report on program performance, risks, and outcomes to executive stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability 

Who you are:

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in program or portfolio management, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity 
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional enterprise programs 
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills 
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management abilities 
  • Demonstrated expertise with Agile, SAFe, and hybrid delivery models; relevant certifications (e.g., SAFe SPC, PMI-ACP, CSM) preferred 
  • Hands-on experience with ALM tools such as Jira, ADO, and Confluence 
  • High degree of business acumen, strategic thinking, and operational insight 
  • Track record of leading organizational change and driving measurable business outcomes 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills 
  • Experience with ERP implementation is a plus

The salary range for this role is $190,000 per year - $220,000 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
