Director, Product Operations

TLDR

Lead the transformation of product operations with an AI-first mindset, ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple business units and enhancing execution discipline.

Here’s a summary of the role

You’re a senior Product Operations leader who thrives in complexity and brings order, momentum, and measurable results. You operate comfortably at executive level, turning data into direction and strategy into execution.

In this role, you’ll design and run the operating system that powers Product Management, Delivery Management, and Content across multiple business units. You’ll create clarity where there’s noise, enforce standards that accelerate delivery, and build an operating rhythm that lets product teams move faster — not slower.

This is a high‑visibility leadership role for someone with conviction, pace, and an AI‑first mindset who knows how to scale product organisations, drive execution discipline, and communicate with impact.

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):

  • Own and continuously evolve the operating cadence for Product, Content, and Localisation across all business units.
  • Impose consistent standards, processes, and governance that enable predictable, high‑quality product delivery.
  • Create a single source of truth for product performance, delivery health, and customer usage insights, partnering closely with Analytics.
  • Lead the transformation of content and localisation operations into an AI‑first, modern, and scalable capability.
  • Govern strategic product and technology investments, tracking allocation, impact, and outcomes end‑to‑end.
  • Clearly communicate product plans, progress, risks, and results to senior leadership with confidence and credibility.

These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:

  1. Senior product operations leadership experienceoperating across multiple teams or business units in complex organisations.
  1. Proven ability to design and run product operating models that improve execution speed, predictability, and outcomes.
  1. Strong product mindset, with a clear understanding of value, trade‑offs, adoption, and customer impact.
  1. Data‑driven decision making, with hands‑on experience using metrics, dashboards, and tooling to guide execution and planning.
  1. Credible executive presence, comfortable influencing GMs and senior leaders with clear, opinionated recommendations.
  1. Demonstrated AI curiosity and application, using automation and modern tooling to improve product or content operations.

It would be great if you had these too, but we’ll support you if you don’t:

  • Experience scaling product or content operations in a global, multi‑region environment.
  • Hands‑on exposure to modern product analytics or delivery platforms (e.g. roadmapping, portfolio management, content systems).
  • Background in SaaS or platform‑based product organisations.
  • Experience transforming manual or fragmented workflows into automated, AI‑enabled systems.
