Role summary

Consumer Edge is hiring a Director of Product Marketing with experience in B2B SaaS and in leveraging consumer data to shape strategy, drive growth, and influence business outcomes across global markets.

The director will own the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy for key products in our portfolio. They will partner closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to define how our offerings show up in the market, craft launch strategies, and ensure we clearly connect customer needs to product value at every touchpoint.

Your main responsibilities

  • Shape and execute go-to-market strategy for CE’s core data products, driving alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Develop differentiated positioning and messaging that clearly differentiate CE’s market presence and resonate with priority buyer personas.
  • Partner with Product on launches and releases and lead the product GTM; owning GTM planning, enablement content, launch readiness, and working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Insights, and outbound Marketing to deliver seamless launches and consistent brand presence
  • Create and refine high-impact sales and marketing assets, and run a competitive intelligence program that informs product and GTM decisions
  • Engage directly with customers and market influencers to capture insights, shape roadmap prioritization, and optimize messaging over time
  • Establish and lead cross-functional GTM alignment through a GTM Council and Customer Advisory Board to guide launches, strategy, and market feedback loops.
  • Define and lead the voice-of-customer programs to surface insights from clients, prospects and market influencers; turning those insights into actionable roadmap and GTM adjustments
  • Analyze campaign and GTM performance metrics, using insights to refine messaging, positioning, and targeting over time

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • 8–12 years of product marketing experience in B2B software, data, or analytics,.
  • Strong cross-functional leader with hands-on experience partnering with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive effective GTM for complex, data-driven products. 
  • Proven success from product launch through  adoption and lifecycle programs.  Proven ability to partner closely with outbound marketing to drive execution
  • Deep understanding of B2B buyer/user personas and journeys; skilled at identifying customer needs and translating trends into compelling product propositions.
  • Proven ability to create differentiated positioning and value propositions in complex B2B markets.   Exceptional storyteller and analyst who can equip commercial teams with  clear, value–led narratives (backed by data).
  • Highly analytical and metrics-driven, with experience defining KPIs and using performance insights to refine GTM strategy.
  • Entrepreneurial, adaptable communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other marketing automation and enablement platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

Salary

The annual base salary for this role is between $170,000 - $200,000 based on experience, with the opportunity for a performance-based bonus, company equity, 401(k) matching, paid parental leave, flexible and generous time off, work-from-home flexibility, and subsidized health benefits.
