A Little About the Role

We are seeking someone that embraces both product strategy and day to day product management and planning- This would include managing the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products. We are looking for someone that enjoys mentoring and coaching a team of product managers. You will provide leadership by partnering with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. 

What You Will Do

• Manage a team of varying skills sets
• Mentor individuals on product management methodologies to promote growth 
• Define an overarching platform product strategy for a team 
• Assist team members in defining individual roadmaps that align with a larger platform strategy 
• Monitor KPIs and team progress to steer prioritization 
• Work within an agile development framework 
• Be an expert with respect to the competition 
• Act as a missionary to drive teams around a sense of urgency and purpose 
• Perform product briefings and demos for large customers 
• Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals 
• Develop sales tools and collateral 
• Propose an overall budget to ensure success 
• Brief and train the sales force as needed 
• Act as a leader within the company

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Group Product Manager or Director of Product Management
• Experience managing a team of individual contributors 
• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent SaaS and Mobile app products 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) 
• Technical aptitude with experience working with development teams 
• Excellent teamwork skills 
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority 
• Must be able to travel 20% of the time

Salary

$130,000-$155,000/year DOE
