Your Role at MediaLab
MediaLab is seeking an ambitious and strategic product leader to spearhead and elevate our owned-and-operated ad exchange (Assembly), which delivers massive reach to highly engaged audiences. In this pivotal role, you will define and optimize programmatic revenue opportunities across all MediaLab brands on web and mobile. You will partner closely with Sales, other Product and Engineering leaders, and build strong partnerships with third party monetization platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the company's programmatic monetization strategy and implementation across our internal exchange and media properties.
  • Hire, mentor, and develop team members to support the team’s goals.
  • Partner with 3rd party monetization and brand safety platforms to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Leverage data analytics to optimize revenue and traffic growth.
  • Define overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Assembly, and work with AdOps, Engineering teams to execute to success.

What We're Searching For

  • Deep technical and business knowledge of the AdTech ecosystem with 5-10 years of experience leading revenue monetization at an exchange, SSP, or large-scale publisher across in-app and web.
  • Strong foundational understanding and experience of Product Management best practices, such as prioritization, user needs and requirements, technical debt management.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the confidence to participate in very technical conversations, ability to drive consensus and commitment, and ability to crisply communicate delivery timeliness, trade-offs, and risks to senior management.
  • Outstanding analytical skills to dive into the data to make informed decisions, attention to detail.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership mentality.
