Build a best-in-class Product Design practice

Develop a world-class design practice and lead transformational changes that make our platform more intuitive, autonomous, and customizable.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Product, you’ll collaborate with product management, engineering, and content teams to put the user at the core of every decision. Together, you’ll create a seamless and intelligent self-service experience, combining ready-to-use components and flexible building blocks tailored to our customers’ needs.
As Director of Product Design, you will:
- Champion design at a strategic level, demonstrating the value of user experiences that prioritize real needs, business objectives, and simplicity.
- Define and drive a clear vision for the product experience across the platform, ensuring every interface is intuitive, consistent, accessible, and scalable.
- Elevate design quality and innovation, inspiring your team to aim for excellence at every step of the user journey.
- Lead the design, evolution, and governance of our design system, ensuring reusability, visual performance, and accessibility across the product ecosystem.
- Oversee documentation production (user manuals, integration tutorials, and API guides) to ensure engaging and autonomous support for our users.
- Translate complex concepts into clear, useful, and accessible information for diverse audiences.
What qualifies you for this role:
- 8+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-impact solutions and measurable results.
- 5+ years of team management, demonstrating strong leadership and the ability to build a culture of excellence and continuous feedback.
- Proven expertise in product design strategy, design systems, and cross-functional collaboration within complex software environments.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts, influence stakeholders, and articulate a clear vision of the user experience.
