DNSFilter’s mission is to protect our customers and partners with products they love to use! We are revolutionizing network security by providing fast, accurate, and reliable threat protection and content filtering. We're a rapidly growing company dedicated to creating a safer internet for businesses and organizations worldwide. Leveraging AI-driven threat intelligence, DNSFilter empowers our customers to proactively block threats before they impact their networks. We foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented culture where every team member contributes to our mission of making the internet safer.

As we continue our product-fueled growth by adding new features and broadening our solution to meet the needs of the global market, it's clear there's a missing piece. That's where you come in!

We are seeking an execution-oriented Director of Partner & Alliance Marketing who loves to be hands-on to build and scale our global partner ecosystem and drive meaningful pipeline and revenue. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this is a critical role in our global marketing organization. This position requires someone who is industrious, commercially minded, strategic when needed, and relentlessly hands-on in execution.

Our partners—including value-added resellers, MSPs, distributors, and strategic technology allies—are mission-critical to our shared success. Partner marketing at DNSFilter has one core objective: to generate pipeline and drive revenue. This is not a program-management-only role; you will be deeply involved in building Go-to-Market (GTM) motions, activating partners, launching campaigns, and meticulously measuring outcomes. You will need to be both a player and a coach, comfortable with a fast-paced environment, and able to adapt quickly when needed.

Eligible candidates have and can work successfully in a small to mid-sized fast-paced, hyper-growth, SaaS start-up or scale-up.  You should be able to use Asana (work scheduling system) and work collaboratively with the GTM and Program Management teams.

We recognize that people come with a wealth of experience and talent beyond just the technical requirements of a job. If you feel like this job is for you, please apply. We believe diversity of experience and skills, including transferable skills, combined with passion, is a key to innovation and excellence; therefore, we encourage people from all backgrounds to apply to our positions!

To Qualify for this role, You Have:

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS partner or alliance marketing experience
  • Proven success driving pipeline through MSPs, VARs, distributors, or strategic technology partners
  • Strong GTM instincts and commercial mindset
  • Experience building joint marketing motions with partners
  • Comfort engaging directly with senior partner stakeholders
  • Ability to manage small teams while remaining deeply hands-on
  • Experience coordinating cross-functionally with Sales, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and Business Development teams
  • A bias toward action, ownership, and measurable outcomes

Bonus points for:

  • Cybersecurity or MSP ecosystem experience

At DNSFilter, You Will:

  • Own DNSFilter’s partner and alliance marketing motion
  • Work closely with the CMO, Business Development, MSP Sales, and Demand Generation leads
  • Engage directly with key partners to build high-impact joint GTM programs
  • Define how DNSFilter goes to market with strategic, MSP, and technology partners
  • Create partner marketing plans that drive pipeline and revenue
  • Produce and package partner-facing materials, including GTM toolkits, Campaign kits, Sales enablement assets, and Messaging frameworks
  • Build and execute joint campaigns, webinars, field events, and partner activations
  • Ensure we maximize partner engagement across events and marketing programs
  • Track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
  • Continuously optimize partner programs based on performance
  • Partner with Demand Generation to integrate partner motions into broader campaigns
  • Support M&A-related alliances in coordination with Corporate Development
  • Lead and develop MSP- and campaign-focused direct reports to scale execution
  • Be accountable for partner pipeline, engagement, and revenue contribution.

We Offer:

  • Pathway to promotion to additional organizational positions and responsibilities based upon results and performance, not just time in the chair.  You help us grow, and we will help you grow.
  • Passionate and intelligent colleagues who work hard and have a good time doing it
  • Paid company-wide week off at the end of each year
  • Flexible Vacation Policy
  • Awesome company swag
  • Full medical, dental, and vision benefits for US, UK, and Canada-based employees
  • Full short-term disability and life benefits; available long-term disability
  • Retirement savings account options with vested company matching for qualifying employees
  • In-person annual gatherings. Last time we all spent a week on a beach in the Dominican Republic!
