The Director of US Forecasting and Market Research will be responsible for the generation, analysis, tracking and dissemination of the US commercial forecasts for a multi-product portfolio, using market trends and key parameters, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives that enable impactful decision-making.
The Director will report to the Sr. Director of US Forecasting and Market Research, and be based in Princeton, NJ in a hybrid model and will be heavily integrated with US business leadership.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical and strategic thinker with at least 8 years of experience and a proven track record in revenue forecasting, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Specific skills include:
Place of work: Princeton, NJ. Hybrid model with an expectation of three days each week in-office for coordination and collaborative purposes.

The estimated salary range for this position is $210,000 to $230,000. Actual salary determination is dependent on a variety of factors some of which include: experience, qualifications, and geographic location. This position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus or an incentive compensation plan (eligibility varies based on role and position level), discretionary stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package.
