Director - TPM Data & AI

We are seeking a Director of Technical Program Management – Data & AI to lead and scale complex, enterprise-wide programs across data platforms, advanced analytics, AI/ML, and GenAI initiatives. This leader will partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Product, Cloud, Security, and Business leaders to drive execution excellence, measurable business outcomes, and predictable delivery at scale.
This role requires a strong blend of technical depth, program leadership, stakeholder influence, and execution rigor in highly matrixed, global environments.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Portfolio Leadership

Own and lead a portfolio of mission-critical Data, AI/ML, and GenAI programs, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and business priorities
Drive end-to-end program execution across data engineering, analytics, AI model development, platform modernization, and AI productization
Establish and manage program governance, OKRs, success metrics, and executive reporting
