Salary: $125,000-$140,000
SUMMARY
The Director of Talent Acquisition is a strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing Clarvida’s talent acquisition strategy across the U.S. and supporting global operations. This role is pivotal in driving workforce planning, candidate experience, employer branding, and stakeholder engagement through data-driven insights, operational excellence, and inclusive practices. The Director oversees recruitment for assigned geographies and service categories, acts as a senior advisor to operations leaders and hiring managers. This position collaborates closely with the TA Enablement & Operations team and serves as a Business Partner, ensuring alignment with Clarvida’s growth and mission.
COMPENSATION
- Annual salary: $125,000-$140,000 dependent on experience and location, paid in equal amounts bi-weekly (every other week)
- Bonus: Potential for 10% bonus, dependent upon individual, team and company performance

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership (25%)
- Owns overall TA strategy for assigned geographies and service categories.
- Sets recruitment priorities and candidate experience standards.
- Guides change management initiatives and feedback loops.
- Acts as senior advisor to operations leaders and hiring managers.
Stakeholder Engagement & Employer Branding (20%)
- Deep engagement with hiring managers, state leaders, and executives.
- Owns employer branding and external partnerships.
- Collaborates with Manila team for analytics and operational delivery.
- Leads Recruitment Marketing initiatives, including campaigns, events, and messaging.
Enablement & Training (15%)
- Guides adoption of new tools and processes.
- Supports recruiter development and internal enablement.
Operational Delivery (15%)
- Oversees Managers aligned to specific service categories.
- Guides change management and feedback loops.
- Contributes to operational delivery and process improvement.
Technology & Analytics (10%)
- Guides adoption of new tools and recruiter enablement.
- Uses analytics for continuous improvement and strategic adjustments.
- Collaborates on governance, metrics, and continuous improvement.
Talent Pipeline Development & Risk/Compliance (10%)
- Responsible for building and maintaining talent pipelines for future needs.
- Ensures compliance with employment laws and manages risk.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
- 10+ years in talent acquisition operations, enablement, or analytics, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
