For one of our clients, we are looking for a Director of Strategy, remotely from United States.

As a Director of Strategy, you will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that drive organizational growth and impact. Collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will oversee the creation of multi-year strategic plans, ensuring alignment with long-term goals. Your work will involve analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, identifying key insights, and translating them into actionable strategies. You will play a crucial role in shaping new business opportunities, facilitating high-level decision-making, and optimizing processes to enhance overall effectiveness. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex challenges.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-year strategic plans in collaboration with leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Lead annual strategic planning and goal-setting processes to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Oversee key strategic initiatives, identifying innovative opportunities for growth and impact.
  • Analyze data trends and market dynamics to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
  • Manage and mentor team members, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  • Engage with external partners and consultants to enhance strategic capabilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or a related field.
  • Strong background in healthcare, public health, or a similar industry.
  • MBA strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead strategy teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience with sales, partnerships, or go-to-market strategy is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market sizing and business opportunity assessment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites; experience with data visualization tools is
