About the Role
Berry Law is seeking a nationally experienced sales executive for our Director of Strategic Alliances. This is a senior, quota-carrying business development role responsible for building and managing a nationwide pipeline, opening new channels, and driving accelerated revenue growth through strategic relationship development.
The ideal candidate operates as a true hunter and relationship architect—someone who has built pipelines from scratch, managed long-cycle sales motions, and developed partnerships that significantly expand organizational reach. This role strongly favors candidates who bring an existing, portable national network or book of business that can be activated and expanded within Berry Law’s ecosystem.
Experience operating independently at a national scale is essential. Candidates with a military background, military-affiliated network, or prior experience selling into Veteran-aligned markets are strongly preferred.
What You Will Do
National Sales & Pipeline Creation
- Build, grow, and manage a robust national pipeline of partnership opportunities across organizations, associations, corporations, digital communities, service providers, and strategic networks
- Develop and execute a national territory plan that identifies high-value growth channels
- Leverage and expand an existing network of relationships to accelerate partnership activation
- Open new partnership channels that expand Berry Law’s reach to Veteran communities nationwide
- Operate independently to identify opportunities, initiate conversations, pitch the value proposition, and advance partnerships through the entire lifecycle
Relationship Development & Expansion
- Serve as a trusted representative of Berry Law at national events, conferences, and partner meetings
- Build strong rapport with Veteran service organizations, military communities, professional groups, influencers, and aligned industries
- Maintain and expand long-term partnerships that drive durable, repeatable growth
Sales Funnel & Strategic Outreach
- Create structured outreach sequences, nurture cadences, and personalized follow-up systems
- Utilize CRM best practices to track opportunities, forecast growth, and maintain a qualified pipeline
- Run your own funnel end-to-end: targeting → engagement → relationship-building → activation
Performance & Reporting
- Track and report progress using a scorecard-driven framework
- Meet and exceed annual growth objectives
- Deliver measurable impact on brand exposure, partnership acquisition, and national market expansion
-
