As Director of Solution Delivery, you will take full end-to-end responsibility for the development and delivery of cutting-edge XR software solutions for global leaders in the life sciences sector. In this capacity, you will combine strategic direction with operational guidance, ensuring that our delivery function operates effectively, scales for the future, and remains fully aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver complex, client-specific XR projects end-to-end, ensuring the highest quality and client satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a core team of Senior Project Managers.
  • Drive the development of the project management team and PMO processes, tools, and governance, strengthening capabilities and ensuring scalability and future readiness.
  • Ensure close alignment between delivery teams, development, and internal leadership, fostering transparency and execution at the highest standards.
  • Qualifications
  • Experience at Project Leader or Engagement Manager level or above from a Tier-1 strategy consulting firm, with a proven track record in software development, technology, or digital transformation; experience in life sciences is a strong plus.
  • Structured, reliable, and excellence-driven, with strong leadership skills to guide and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including with client executive leadership.
  • Strong ownership mindset with high energy, resilience, and the drive to deliver results in demanding, high-performance environments.
