As Sales Director, you’ll step into a region with an established customer base, a talented sales team, and growing momentum in the enterprise security space. You’ll play a critical role in helping the team win larger enterprise opportunities, deepen our partner ecosystem, and continue building Expel’s reputation as a trusted security partner for modern organizations.
If you’re passionate about developing high-performing teams, guiding complex enterprise deals, and helping customers solve meaningful security challenges, this role offers the chance to make a lasting impact on Expel’s international growth.
The compensation for this role includes a base salary between £280,000 and £320,000 + equity.

The role is based in the United Kingdom, with travel required for customer engagement, partner meetings, and occasional visits to Expel headquarters in the United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom. We do not currently sponsor immigration visas.
