  • Identify new market opportunities and emerging customer needs within the IT services landscape.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of sales managers, account executives, and business development representatives.
  • Foster a performance-driven culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide ongoing training and professional development to ensure the team is up to date on service offerings, technologies, and sales methodologies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee large and strategic deal negotiations, ensuring profitable and sustainable growth.
  • Serve as an executive sponsor for top accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Partner with marketing to align lead generation, brand positioning, and sales campaigns.

  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership within the IT services, software, or technology consulting sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding multimillion-dollar revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of IT services offerings (managed services, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital transformation, etc.).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing distributed or hybrid sales teams.
