BCM One is seeking an ambitious and experienced Director of Sales, Europe to drive our Enterprise Solutions segment to new heights. As the Director of Sales, you'll report directly to the VP of Global Sales and will be pivotal in spearheading our efforts to capture and expand the European market.
You will lead a skilled team of Account Managers, focusing on ambitious revenue growth, acquiring strategic accounts, and fostering strong client relations. This role involves high-level strategizing, hands-on leadership, and continuous motivation to meet and exceed our impressive sales objectives.

This is a hybrid position with a preference for candidates based out of our London office a few days per week. This position must live and be authorized to work in the UK; it is not eligible for relocation or sponsorship.
