SUMMARY
Avetta is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales (B2B SaaS) to lead our EMEA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, coaching, and motivating a team of 2-4 Account Executives, driving sales performance, and achieving revenue targets. The Director of Sales will play a critical role in developing and executing sales strategies, expanding market presence, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the EMEA segment.
This role serves as a true player-coach, balancing hands-on selling with strategic leadership. The Director of Sales will carry a personal quota, actively engage in key enterprise opportunities, and lead by example while mentoring Account Executives to exceed performance goals.
