We are looking for a Director of Sales, National. They will develop, and grow our East Coast revenue strategy. This leader will oversee a team of Regional Sales Managers and Senior Account Executives across multiple markets, while also personally holding and advancing strategic business with key agencies, holding companies, and high-value accounts. This role reports to the Head of National Sales.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

- Lead and develop a high-performing regional sales team across multiple markets

- Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching, pipeline management, and deal support

- Own regional forecasting, pacing, revenue planning, and accountability to quarterly revenue targets

Base Salary: 150,000 - $180,000 plus bonus opportunity.

Regardless of participation in TEGNA medical plans, ALL employees and their eligible family members receive nine free virtual doctor’s appointments with a physician through Teladoc, and 12 free annual therapy sessions with a licensed clinician through Spring Health.

TEGNA offers a generous Paid Time Off (PTO) benefit as well as nine paid holidays per year.
