Our software provides a simple, yet powerful way for local ed programs to process class registrations, market their classes, and grow enrollments. We have a leading product, happy customers, and a great culture. Now we’re looking for a hands-on Director of Sales who can coach a small, capable team while also closing larger, strategic deals. This is a great opportunity for an experienced sales leader to make a difference and have fun doing it.
We are in a growth phase: we are leading in our market and our sales are accelerating. As the Director of Sales, you’ll join our combined Sales + Marketing “SMarketing” team and play a central role in developing the team, improving our process, and delivering the company’s overall sales goal. We’re looking for someone who loves building systems, growing people to achieve their potential, and who will take strong initiative to drive sales and sales strategy.
This is a remote, U.S.-based, salaried position with full benefits including retirement, medical, parental leave, and take-what-you-need PTO. You will report directly to the CEO and will be a key driver of sales momentum as our team continues to scale.
