About The Role:

We’re hiring a Director of Sales, Brand & Agency to lead our team of sellers responsible for driving revenue in one of Swayable’s highest-velocity customer segments. This leader will own forecasting rigor, team performance, and the playbooks that enable sellers to consistently deliver against targets. The role is highly cross-functional and will partner closely with Product, Marketing, and CS to shape how Swayable is positioned in the market. This role reports to the VP of Sales and is based in our New York City hub (hybrid).

The Director of Sales will join key customer meetings to support deal strategy, solution design, and narrative framing — helping the team advance and close business through coaching, frameworks, and operational discipline.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of sellers focused on Swayable’s commercial segment
  • Join customer meetings and late-stage deal reviews to support persuasion framing, competitive positioning, and negotiation
  • Drive consistent discovery, demo, proposal, and closing motions; improve conversion rates at each stage across the team
  • Regularly report on segment performance, upside, and client risk to leadership
  • Contribute to playbooks, methodologies, and process improvements 
  • Build hiring, onboarding, and skill development programs to raise the talent bar for the sales organization

Who You Are:

  • 4+ years experience managing a team of full-cycle sellers
  • Background in marketing technology, consumer insights, measurement, or market research platforms strongly preferred
  • Analytical approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and operational rigor
  • Proven experience participating in customer meetings and supporting deal execution
  • Ability to translate complex concepts (data, experimentation, persuasion, creative performance) into business value
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and CS
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment; excited to build and scale
