The Opportunity
This is a high-impact leadership role where you will own the entire revenue lifecycle—from collections and ancillary income to home pricing, lender partnerships, and rent increase execution. You will be the architect of our revenue processes, ensuring compliance, driving financial performance, and building a best-in-class team that delivers results across a distributed portfolio.
What You’ll Do
Lead and Scale Revenue Operations
Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing revenue team responsible for collections, ancillary fees, inventory accuracy, leasing, renewals, and rent increases.
Design and implement standardized policies and workflows that create scalable, repeatable processes and drive accountability.
Monitor portfolio financial performance, uncover opportunities for optimization, and execute initiatives that boost NOI and operational efficiency.
Drive Collections Excellence
Own companywide collections performance, reducing delinquencies and improving cash recovery through innovative strategies and payment solutions.
Establish and enforce collections standards that ensure compliance with all state and local landlord-tenant laws.
Oversee eviction workflows with precision, minimizing revenue leakage while maintaining legal and ethical standards.
Maximize Ancillary Income
Standardize and enhance ancillary fee programs (late fees, storage, pet fees, etc.) to ensure consistency, legal compliance, and margin growth.
Identify and launch new, scalable ancillary revenue streams that align with our business model and regulatory requirements.
Continuously evaluate and adjust fee structures to maximize revenue potential while upholding fair housing principles.
Own Pricing, Inventory, and Leasing Strategy
Ensure 100% accuracy and compliance of all home inventory data, including HUD and federal reporting.
Develop and standardize pricing methodologies for home sales and rentals that balance occupancy goals with margin targets.
Oversee lease administration, renewals, and the strategic execution of rent increases to protect NOI and occupancy.
Strengthen Financing and Lender Partnerships
Manage key lender relationships and internal loan processes to expand financing options for our residents.
Improve approval rates and introduce new lending programs that support homeownership and accelerate sales velocity.
Collaborate with lenders to continuously enhance performance and accessibility.
Champion Compliance and Data-Driven Insights
Build and maintain robust reporting and analytics for all revenue functions, turning data into actionable strategies.
Conduct rigorous audits to ensure compliance with multi-state regulations, fair housing laws, and internal policies.
Use predictive analytics to forecast risks, prioritize initiatives, and guide strategic revenue planning.
What You Bring
Proven expertise in collections, rent enforcement, and legal workflows, with a track record of reducing delinquencies and improving cash flow.
Deep knowledge of manufactured housing regulations, multi-state landlord-tenant laws, and fair housing compliance is preferred, but not required.
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling, reporting, and using data to drive decisions.
Exceptional leadership and operational management skills, with the ability to build and scale systems across large portfolios.
