At EBANX’s Commercial team, you don’t just close deals. You connect merchants who are transforming the most promising emerging markets in the world. • End-to-End Optimization: Master every stage of the commercial journey: Prospecting → Negotiation → Signing → Implementation → Merchant Ramp-up.
• Lifecycle Acceleration: Identify and remove bottlenecks between signing and activation. You will own the "Lead-to-Live" KPI, ensuring that signed contracts convert into processed volume as quickly and predictably as possible.
• Process Design: Define the rules of engagement, approval flows, and hand-offs between Sales, Risk, Legal, Product, Operations, and Integration teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Efficiency Metrics: Implement and monitor conversion, velocity, and activation metrics across the funnel to identify where we are losing momentum and value.
• Revenue Execution Intelligence: Translate GTM strategy into scalable workflows, territory logic, and performance frameworks that help regional teams execute consistently across markets.
• Pricing Governance: Design and evolve pricing models and discount frameworks tailored to complex cross-border payments economics to maximize deal quality, take rate, and long-term merchant value.
• Deal Desk & Commercial Policy: Lead the Deal Desk function, defining commercial guardrails and negotiation frameworks that balance speed, competitiveness, and financial discipline.
• Strategic Alignment: Work closely with the CRO to translate business priorities into a clear Go-To-Market operating model and execution roadmap.
• Systems Architecture: Own the Salesforce strategy and broader commercial tech stack. Ensure the CRM functions as the single source of commercial truth, driving productivity, forecasting accuracy, and data integrity.
• Data-Driven Insights: Transform commercial data into actionable intelligence. Build executive dashboards used by ELT and Board to track pipeline health, churn signals, and sales velocity.
• Commercial Enablement & Readiness: Own onboarding, training, and readiness frameworks so every commercial team member is equipped with the tools, intelligence, and narratives required to win complex enterprise deals.
• Methodology & Playbooks: Define and implement scalable sales methodologies that standardize excellence across regions (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, enterprise negotiation frameworks).
• Ramp-up Acceleration: Monitor and optimize Time-to-Productivity for new hires through structured enablement, tooling, and performance analytics.
• Enterprise Commercial Environment: You have been immersed in an international, enterprise client-led organization, partnering directly with senior enterprise sales teams and revenue leaders. You understand the cadence, governance, and complexity of large strategic accounts and cross-border deal cycles.
• 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or Commercial Transformation. Fintech experience is mandatory; direct exposure to payments, cross-border commerce, or platform-based business models is highly preferred.
• Deep Funnel Expertise: Proven track record optimizing the full B2B lifecycle — from prospecting and deal structuring through implementation, activation, and early growth — in multi-region, enterprise environments.
• Technical Mastery: Expert-level command of Salesforce and modern commercial tech stacks, including Business Intelligence platforms (Tableau, Looker, or equivalent). You understand how systems architecture drives behavior, forecasting, and execution discipline.
• Operational Fluency: Hands-on experience designing and governing Lead-to-Live workflows, merchant onboarding, and ramp-up strategies in high-volume or high-complexity commercial environments.
• Analytical Prowess: Strong financial and commercial modeling skills. Ability to build pricing frameworks, margin analyses, and executive-ready business cases. Excel (or equivalent modeling tools) is second nature.
• Communication & Influence: Comfort operating at executive level across CRO, COO, Product, and Finance stakeholders, translating complex commercial signals into clear narratives.
• Language: Fluent English (mandatory).
• Education: Quantitative degree (Engineering, Finance, Economics) or MBA preferred.
• Experience building or redesigning global GTM operating models.
• Exposure to board-level reporting and ELT commercial narratives.
• Experience scaling high-growth fintech or payments organizations.
