Architect and optimize a unified revenue operations system that enhances efficiency and scales growth efforts at Berry Law.

Berry Law is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to own and optimize the unified marketing and intake technology stack that drives growth, efficiency, and scale.

Why Berry Law

Berry Law is a veteran-led firm with national reach and a mission-driven culture. This role offers the opportunity to architect and command a revenue system built for scale, accountability, and long-term impact.

Position Summary

The Director of Revenue Operations is the architect and commander of Berry Law’s unified revenue system. This role aligns marketing, intake, and revenue technology into a single, disciplined operating model designed to reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC), increase funnel velocity, and ensure complete visibility from first touch through signed client.

This is a senior, execution-driven leadership role. The Director of Revenue Operations eliminates data variance, enforces attribution and funnel definitions, and establishes forecasting accuracy across the organization. Success in this role means Berry Law operates from one source of truth, with clear accountability at every stage of the revenue lifecycle.

Core Purpose

To create a frictionless, data-disciplined revenue engine that converts demand into clients efficiently, predictably, and at scale—while eliminating waste, ambiguity, and misalignment between marketing and intake.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue System Ownership

  • Own the end-to-end revenue operations ecosystem, including marketing platforms, intake systems, CRM, analytics, and reporting layers.
  • Ensure all systems function as a unified, integrated revenue engine rather than disconnected tools.
  • Establish and maintain a single source of truth for revenue data across the firm.

2. Marketing & Intake Alignment

  • Align marketing and intake workflows to ensure seamless handoffs, accurate lead qualification, and consistent funnel definitions.
  • Partner with Marketing and Intake leadership to improve conversion rates at every stage of the funnel.
  • Identify and eliminate operational friction that slows velocity or degrades lead quality.

3. Attribution, Data Integrity & Governance

  • Design, enforce, and maintain attribution models that accurately reflect channel performance and ROI.
  • Eliminate data discrepancies across platforms through governance standards, validation processes, and documentation.
  • Ensure consistent definitions for leads, qualified leads, consultations, and signed clients.

4. Forecasting & Performance Management

  • Own revenue forecasting and pipeline modeling in partnership with executive leadership.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that provide clear, real-time visibility into performance, risk, and opportunity.
  • Deliver insights that enable proactive decision-making rather than reactive reporting.

5. CAC Reduction & Funnel Optimization

  • Identify inefficiencies that inflate CAC or reduce funnel velocity.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data-backed experimentation and operational refinement.
  • Partner with Marketing to optimize spend efficiency and with Intake to improve close rates.

6. Execution Discipline & Leadership

  • Establish operational cadence, reporting standards, and accountability across teams.
  • Serve as the escalation point for revenue data issues, system failures, or misalignment.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that require coordination between Marketing, Intake, Data, and Technology teams.

Qualifications

Experience & Background

  • 8–12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or Growth Operations.
  • Proven success owning complex, multi-platform revenue or go-to-market systems.
  • Demonstrated experience aligning marketing and sales/intake teams through data and process.
  • Strong background in attribution modeling, funnel analytics, forecasting, and performance management.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in high-growth, data-intensive organizations.
  • Background in regulated, high-trust, or service-based industries (legal, healthcare, financial services).
  • Experience leading revenue operations during periods of scale or transformation.

Core Skills

  • Revenue operations architecture and system integration
  • Attribution modeling and data governance
  • Funnel design, optimization, and velocity management
  • Revenue forecasting and executive reporting
  • Cross-functional leadership and influence
  • Process design and operational discipline
  • Advanced analytics and performance optimization

Leadership Traits

  • Highly analytical, structured, and disciplined in execution
  • Comfortable making decisions and enforcing standards
  • Calm under pressure; trusted in high-stakes discussions
  • Strong communicator who translates complexity into clarity
  • Mission-aligned and accountability-driven

Growth & Impact

The Director of Revenue Operations is a foundational leadership role in Berry Law’s growth strategy. Success in this position directly impacts:

  • Marketing efficiency and CAC reduction
  • Intake conversion rates and revenue predictability
  • Executive confidence in forecasting and planning
  • The firm’s ability to scale responsibly and sustainably

Cultural Alignment
