Mission Healthcare is hiring a Director of Quality to lead performance improvement initiatives across our Home Health and Hospice lines. This is a key leadership role focused on ensuring clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and optimal patient outcomes.

About the Role
The Director of Quality is responsible for developing and managing the organization-wide quality program. You'll oversee quality, clinical review, and coding teams (hospice only), analyze data to drive improvements, and collaborate with leadership to align practices with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and maintain the quality improvement program across service lines.
Ensure compliance with CHAP, Federal, State, and local regulations.
Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Supervise quality and hospice coding staff.
Conduct chart reviews and support clinical documentation improvements.
Partner with branch leaders to implement staff training and education.
Qualifications
Active RN license in California (required).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (preferred).
Recent clinical and management experience in Home Health or Hospice.
Strong knowledge of HCHB, SHP, and Microsoft Office tools.
Familiarity with CHAP and regulatory standards.
