We are seeking a Director of Product, Treeline to lead one of LiveEO’s most important product families. This senior leadership role has full accountability for Treeline’s growth, roadmap, and customer outcomes. You will act as the general manager of the business line, balancing innovation with operational excellence and scaling Treeline into a global category leader. Central to this is embedding value-based messaging and value-driven product outcomes, ensuring Treeline consistently demonstrates measurable ROI for utilities and infrastructure customers.

Your challenge

• Define strategy: Set Treeline’s 2–3 year vision, prioritise markets and modules, and ensure defensible differentiation.

• Drive customer outcomes: Anchor product development in utility pain points such as reducing outages, improving safety, and simplifying compliance.

• Deliver with excellence: Own SLOs for delivery quality, model accuracy, uptime, and time-to-value.

• Scale business impact: Co-own ARR/NRR goals, gross margin performance, and pricing/packaging strategy.

• Drive value-based outcomes: Ensure that Treeline’s messaging, roadmap, and go-to-market activities are anchored in value selling principles, clearly connecting product outcomes to customer ROI.

• Lead cross-functionally: Align engineering, data science, sales, and partners on a single roadmap and repeatable GTM motions.

• Develop talents: Coach Senior PMs and Product Leads, raising the bar for product craft and commercial acumen.

Your profile

• Significant experience leading product portfolios in enterprise SaaS (typically 8–10+ years)

• Proven success building and scaling AI/ML  products in regulated or asset-intensive industries.

• Nice to have: understanding of utility operations, vegetation management, or related geospatial workflows.

• Strong commercial acumen: pricing and packaging, enterprise sales support, forecasting, and margin management.

• Experience developing value propositions and partnering with commercial teams to support value-based selling in enterprise contexts.

• Experience coaching PMs into stronger leaders and comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.
