Truveta was born in the Pacific Northwest, but we have employees who live across the country. Our team enjoys the flexibility of a hybrid model and working from anywhere.  In person attendance is required for two weeks during the year for Truveta Planning Weeks.

For overall team productivity, we optimize meeting hours in the pacific time zone. We avoid scheduling recurring meetings that start after 3pm PT, however, ad hoc meetings occur between 8am-6pm Pacific time.

This Opportunity   

In this role, you would drive the roadmap and business objectives for how Truveta leverages machine learning to generate the highest-quality data across structured, unstructured, and multimodal data types. You will be responsible for understanding the scientific research needs of our customers and how machine learning technologies can accelerate how Truveta meets and exceeds these needs. You will work across talented stakeholders to build the roadmap for the ML infrastructure of the Truveta platform and communicate these capabilities to customers. 

 A successful Director of Product Management at Truveta is one who: 

• Is customer-focused, working actively to understand the research, analytic, and data needs of our customers 
• Is very detail oriented and unafraid to roll up their sleeves and dive directly into the data if needed to better understand our products and needs of customers 
• Loves working in a fast-paced environment with numerous moving parts 
• Is energized through cross-team collaboration and building products with a large set of stakeholders
• Is an excellent written and oral communicator ranging from customer-facing scenarios to highly technical internal conversations 

Key Qualifications   

• 5+ years of leading product management with successful track record in shipping products heavily leveraging machine learning technologies. 
• Expertise in healthcare data (e.g EHR, claims, imaging, genetics) and understanding of the power of ML technologies in advancing healthcare analytics
• Able to work with teams on west coast hours. We celebrate and embrace a distributed team that works well together remotely and meets at least twice per year in person.

• The base pay for this position is $183,000 to $239,500. The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target. Pay is based on several factors including location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional compensation such as incentive pay and stock options.
