With a mission to ensure every patient has an optimal chance of survival, we are proud to have conducted over 500,000 cancer risk assessments, detected more than 50,000 cancers in the UK market, and achieved a remarkable 99% sensitivity in identifying cancer. With proven and validated success in the UK market, we are now expanding into the US impact. We are seeking a Director of Product Management to lead our product development in the US market.

In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer and work closely with the rest of the executive team to steer the product lifecycle from conceptualization through development and deployment. You immediate and near term priority is to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our direct-to-consumer digital health products. If you’ve led product teams in high-growth consumer apps, driven user adoption at scale, and can blend empathy, analytics, and commercial thinking — this role is for you.

Main Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the long-term product vision and strategy for our DTC digital health app
  • Own and drive the product roadmap, from user needs and clinical goals to engagement and monetization
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and clinical teams to deliver seamless and impactful and engaging user experiences
  • Use market research, customer insights, data analytics, and experimentation to inform priorities and improve product
  • Set KPIs and drive outcomes related to user growth, retention, engagement, and revenue
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle — from ideation to launch to iteration
  • Champion a user-obsessed and evidence-based approach to product development
  • Ensure regulatory and privacy compliance (HIPAA, FDA guidance, etc.) as appropriate
  • Be a thought leader internally and externally for our product and innovation strategy

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) is strongly preferred.
  • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in DTC consumer products in the Digital Health space.
  • Proven success launching and scaling consumer-facing digital health applications
  • Strong experience in defining product vision, setting strategy, and owning roadmaps
  • Deep understanding of mobile app engagement metrics, user activation funnels, and A/B testing
  • Track record of driving measurable user growth, engagement, retention, and monetization
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into decisions — and intuition into hypotheses
  • Proven experience developing product strategies and roadmaps that have successfully driven growth and innovation.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulatory compliance and integration with electronic health record systems.
  • Familiar with Flywheel model to drive product improvement and business growth
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams and fostering a performance-driven culture.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
