As the Director Product,  B2B Growth at Booksy, you will lead the strategic expansion of our provider domain with a sharp focus on acquisition, activation, onboarding and retention of new customers. This role centers on driving rapid, data-driven growth initiatives within a product-led SaaS environment, working closely with marketing to optimize the customer journey from initial awareness through trial conversion to paid subscription. You will have the autonomy to shape and scale growth loops, referral programs, and lifecycle marketing efforts, targeting primarily small and medium-sized businesses. This is a senior leadership position offering the opportunity to influence one of the company’s most critical growth dimensions and contribute directly to Booksy’s expansion into key markets such as the U.S. and beyond.

What You'll be Doing

  • Lead the growth-focused segment of the provider domain, driving acquisition and activation strategies to increase the number of new B2B customers, primarily small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Design and execute fast-paced, data-driven experiments to optimise onboarding processes and accelerate conversion from trial to paid subscriptions.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and engineering teams to build and scale growth engines, including referral programs and growth loops that leverage existing customers to attract new ones.
  • Develop and implement tactical retention initiatives aimed at reducing churn by addressing key renewal decision points, such as flexible subscription management options.
  • Own the product-led growth motion by working at the intersection of product and marketing, focusing on lifecycle marketing and maximising the discovery and use of existing product features to drive customer success and growth.

What we're looking for
