As the Director Product, B2B Growth at Booksy, you will lead the strategic expansion of our provider domain with a sharp focus on acquisition, activation, onboarding and retention of new customers. This role centers on driving rapid, data-driven growth initiatives within a product-led SaaS environment, working closely with marketing to optimize the customer journey from initial awareness through trial conversion to paid subscription. You will have the autonomy to shape and scale growth loops, referral programs, and lifecycle marketing efforts, targeting primarily small and medium-sized businesses. This is a senior leadership position offering the opportunity to influence one of the company’s most critical growth dimensions and contribute directly to Booksy’s expansion into key markets such as the U.S. and beyond.
