Director of Product - Gaming

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a visionary Director of Product - Gaming to join our Gaming Division leadership team.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Gaming, The Director of Product - Gaming  is one of four senior leaders within the Gaming Department, working alongside the Director of Gaming Strategy, Director of Gaming Operations, and Director of Gaming Engineering.  Together, this leadership group shapes the vision & execution of LeoVegas’ global gaming offering.

As Director of Product - Gaming, you will own the end-to-end Gaming Product across all brands and markets; including product roadmap, platform, tools, games delivery & the full player-facing experience. You will be accountable for delivering an engaging, cohesive & world-class gaming experience that maximises player satisfaction, retention & commercial value.

This is a deeply customer-centric role; you will champion usability, design excellence, player insight & continuous optimisation across the entire gaming journey. Working closely with Engineering, Strategy, Operations, Design & Research, you will ensure the product blends the right technology & best-in-class experiences to drive both short-term performance and long-term growth.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Own and define the gaming product vision, roadmap & player experience.
• Align product plans with strategic priorities defined by Gaming Management & CPTO.
• Lead and develop Head's of Product, Product Managers & Product Delivery Teams.
• Partner with Engineering, Strategy & Operations to ensure seamless execution & aligned priorities.
• Oversee the gaming platform, tooling, integrations & games delivery lifecycle.
• Drive the full player-facing experience; lobby, navigation, features, jackpots, search & personalisation.
• Collaborate closely with Design, UX & Player Research to create intuitive & high-performing user journeys.
• Obsesses over usability, accessibility & experience quality, ensuring every touchpoint is optimised.
• Ensure seamless, compliant & efficient game releases across markets.
• Use player insights, behavioural data & experimentation to continuously improve engagement & performance.
• Champion product excellence, innovation & a customer-first mindset across all teams.
• Deliver scalable, reliable & commercially impactful gaming products.
• Communicate product performance, progress & risks to senior stakeholders.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• End-to-End Product Leadership - Proven experience owning a full product vertical, including strategy, roadmap, delivery & customer experience across multiple markets.
• Deep Expertise in Customer Experience & Usability - Strong UX intuition with the ability to collaborate closely with Design & Research to create intuitive, high-performing user journeys.
• Strong Technical & Platform Understanding - Solid understanding of gaming platforms, integrations, backend systems & the ability to partner effectively with engineering leadership.
• Data-Driven Decision Making - Ability to use player behaviour, insights, experimentation & performance metrics to drive product decisions & continuous optimisation.
• Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management - Experience leading multi-disciplinary product teams & aligning priorities across Engineering, Strategy, Operations, UX & Commercial.

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience in iGaming - Knowledge of casino products, game suppliers, regulatory environments & player engagement levers.
• Experience scaling digital products in a high-growth, multi-brand environment - Ability to manage complexity across regions, regulations & product variants while maintaining a unified player experience.
• Personalisation & Feature Innovation Expertise - Experience building or scaling personalised content, recommendation systems, jackpots & feature-rich gaming experiences.
