About the role:

As the Director of Product, you will play a critical, executive-level role in shaping the future of our entire product organization and driving significant company growth and market leadership. This position requires a visionary leader with a passion for scalable technical solutions, deep empathy for both Users and Clients, and the ability to inspire and empower product teams along with the full organization. 

You will be responsible for defining and executing the overarching product vision and strategy for Centah's complete product portfolio, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from concept to market impact. You will ensure our products consistently meet the highest standards of quality and usability, while driving innovation that supports our long-term business objectives.

What you’ll do:

  • Define and drive the overarching strategic vision for Centah’s entire product portfolio, ensuring deep alignment with overall company goals, market opportunities, and competitive landscape
  • Provide executive oversight for the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and impactful products at scale
  • Lead, manage, and grow a talented team of product managers, product owners, designers, implementation managers, and technical account managers, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and professional development across the product organization
  • Establish and maintain a deep understanding of evolving market trends, emerging technologies, and complex Client/User needs at a macro level, leveraging data and strategic insights to inform pivotal product decisions and optimize overall portfolio performance and market positioning
  • Drive comprehensive go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product adoption and market penetration across Centah products, ultimately contributing significantly to the company’s growth, scalability, and competitive advantage
  • Champion product-led growth initiatives and methodologies across the organization
  • Own the long-term roadmap and investment strategy for the entire product portfolio, making key trade-off decisions that align with business KPIs
  • Define and optimize product development processes and agile methodologies at an organizational level to enhance efficiency and predictability
  • Own development of the annual budget for the overall product organization and actively management P&L performance

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in product management roles within software development delivery, with a significant portion in a leadership capacity overseeing product teams
  • Proven experience leading and scaling product teams in a highly agile and dynamic environment
  • Direct experience building out complex enterprise-level web/SaaS/B2B2C platforms with a deep understanding of the technical architecture and strategic components of application software development
  • Direct experience leading and strategizing integrations with third-party vendors/partners via API at a portfolio or platform level
  • The ability to synthesize complex User and market needs into compelling product strategies and a clear product vision that inspires teams and drives business outcomes
  • Executive-level stakeholder engagement and strategic Client management experience, including the ability to influence corporate strategy and articulate complex concepts and visions to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic objectives forward by working with cross-functional senior and executive leaders, making critical trade-offs, and optimizing resource allocation
  • Proven ability to understand, influence, and help shape overall corporate strategy, acting as a key advocate for product within the leadership team
