10+ years of experience in Product Development is a must
Experience as Director level of Product Development is a must
Experience in the apparel industry is a must
Proven track record of successfully managing product development projects from concept to launch
Experience with fittings conduction and cost negotiations is a must
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and supplier management is a must
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the product development team, providing guidance and support throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Drive innovation by staying up-to-date with industry trends and identifying new opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
Oversee the ideation g process.
Ensure products are developed and sourced within budget and timeline constraints.
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance on pre-production activities to ensure compliance with processes and standards.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product development processes.
