Director of Product Design

As the Director of Product Design, you will lead our design vision and strategy, driving innovation and excellence in user experience across our product portfolio. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, user-centered designs that address real-world cybersecurity challenges.

What will you do?

• Define and lead the UX strategy and vision, shaping the product's overall experience.
• Implement design and UX methodologies within the organization, such as Design Sprints, usability testing, and user interviews.
• Build, manage, and lead the product design team, fostering growth and mentoring team members.
• Collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Engineering, Marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design within the product development process.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience leading and managing a product design team, with a strong ability to mentor and inspire.
• Proven portfolio showcasing a data-driven approach to design and demonstrating measurable impact on products.
• Track record of building successful B2B and enterprise SaaS products.
• A collaborative leader with energy and passion for driving creativity across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to set and communicate a clear UX strategy and vision.
• A natural storyteller and thought leader who engages and aligns diverse stakeholders.
• Highly creative and solution-focused, with a positive and proactive mindset.
• Advantage: Experience in the cybersecurity field.
