Director of Product Content and Integrations

AI overview

Own the strategy for integrating external data and services into Fullbay's connected platform, enhancing product experiences and collaborating with multiple teams.

Director of Product Content & Integrations

At Fullbay, our mission is simple — to create safer roads for our families and yours. As leaders in the heavy-duty repair industry, we power shops with technology that helps them run smarter and more efficiently. As an AI-First company, we invite artificial intelligence to eliminate friction, spark innovation, and drive efficiencies in every conversation— for our teams and our customers.

As the Director of Product Content & Integrations, you will own the strategy and execution behind how external data, content, and third-party services integrate into Fullbay to enhance the value of our connected platform. You will determine what external capabilities we bring into the product ecosystem, why they matter, and how they show up in customer workflows.

This role is fundamentally product-led and platform-oriented. You will be responsible for defining Fullbay’s content strategy, managing key integration initiatives, and ensuring that external data sources are standardized, reliable, and impactful.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, AI/Analytics, and Design to translate external opportunities into scalable, high-quality product experiences that strengthen the Fullbay Network. You will work closely with the Head of Partnerships to align with Fullbay’s overall Strategic Partnerships goals and objectives.

This is a strategic leadership role for someone who thinks in systems, loves shaping ecosystems, and is energized by building foundational capabilities for the industry.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Ecosystem & Network Strategy

  • Lead the product-side vision for the Fullbay Network — the growing ecosystem of shops, fleets, vendors, and data partners connected through the platform.
  • Identify and prioritize data and integration opportunities that expand the platform’s intelligence and operational value.
  • Define frameworks for evaluating partnership opportunities, content sources, and integration ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to embed network-driven value into core workflows and user experiences.

Content Strategy & Product Enablement

  • Develop and scale Fullbay’s structured approach to acquiring, standardizing, and maintaining industry-relevant content.
  • Establish and uphold content standards — ensuring consistency, quality, and usability across the product.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of Fullbay’s proprietary content assets that support accuracy, automation, and decision support.
  • Partner with the Engineering and Data teams to ensure that content pipelines integrate effectively with the platform architecture.

Product Integrations

  • Serve as Fullbay’s primary product liaison with third-party vendors’ product and engineering teams.
  • Lead the discovery, scoping, and evaluation of new integrations that extend the value of the Fullbay platform.
  • Define integration requirements, user outcomes, and data expectations in collaboration with Engineering.
  • Manage the full integration lifecycle — from intake and prioritization to documentation, and training.
  • Monitor integration adoption, performance, and data quality; drive enhancements that improve reliability and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish integration guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all external connections.
  • Maintain visibility into integration health and communicate risks, dependencies, and timelines across the org.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the connective bridge between external providers and internal product development teams.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and AI teams to ensure external inputs enrich and elevate core product experiences.
  • Act as a key member of the Product leadership team, influencing platform strategy and prioritization.
  • Partner with Support, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to ensure internal teams understand integration capabilities and customer value.

Measurement & Outcomes

  • Define and track KPIs for content quality, integration adoption, ecosystem contributions, and customer impact.
  • Provide regular reporting on the health and effectiveness of Fullbay’s content and integration portfolio.
  • Ensure integrations and content deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency, data richness, and customer outcomes.

Minimum Education & Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in product, data partnerships, or ecosystem strategy roles within SaaS, automotive, logistics, or industrial technology sectors.
  • Proven success managing data-driven ecosystems, content acquisition, or integration partnerships.
  • Familiarity with data standards and best practices for interoperability, quality, and governance.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and commercial teams.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
