The Role

As the Director of PM, Creator, you will lead the Product Management function for our creator-facing ecosystem, overseeing the strategic direction, roadmap development, and execution of products from onboarding through monetization and retention. Your role is to build and mentor a high-performing product organization that combines a deep understanding of the creator mindset with the technical rigor required to define and execute an AI-first platform. You will ensure every product initiative drives measurable platform stickiness, viral growth, and aligns with overarching business objectives.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Product Strategy and Vision: Define and articulate the long-term product vision and strategy for the creator ecosystem, aligning it with company goals, market trends, and user needs. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback sessions to inform strategic decisions.
  
  
• Own the Product Roadmap: Develop, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, and marketing to ensure timely and high-quality product launches.
  
  
• Mentor and Build PM Team: Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Provide guidance on product best practices, prioritization frameworks (e.g., RICE, Kano), and agile methodologies.
  
  
• Drive AI-First Tools: Strategically launch AI-first creator tools that assist with ideation, production, storytelling, promotion, and monetization across the five major social media platforms, ensuring features are user-centric and data-driven.
  
  
• Manage System Integration and Lifecycle: Assume product ownership of Vyro after its initial 3-4 month independent iteration, integrating its intelligence systems into the holistic platform structure. Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation and MVP development to iteration based on performance metrics.
  
  
• Accelerate Growth & Retention: Develop and implement viral growth strategies, referral programs, and retention initiatives to drive creator sign-ups, increase platform engagement, and reduce churn. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) such as DAU/MAU, retention rates, and NPS to measure success.
  
  
• Establish Operational Excellence: Define and build scalable CRM and support ticketing systems to manage creator communications, engagement, and success, ensuring seamless integration with product workflows.
  
  
• Collaborate on Matching and Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with the Head of Data, Head of Brands, and other stakeholders to optimize match quality and brand-creator outcomes, ensuring the platform delivers clear value propositions. Facilitate executive-level communications and alignment on product priorities.
  
  
• Execute with Agility: Serve as a strong executor who can quickly define product requirements, write detailed user stories and PRDs, and work directly with engineers to meet aggressive timelines, such as the six-month timeline to project success.
  
  

  What You’ll Bring

  • Product Management Leadership: 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a director-level or senior leadership role, preferably in high-growth tech or platform companies. Proven track record of building and scaling product teams.
    
    
  • Creator Economy Fluency: Prior experience running product for or demonstrating deep familiarity with the creator space, ideally from up-and-coming startups within the industry or strong agency models with a technical background.
    
    
  • Strategic Product Expertise: Strong ability to define product roadmaps, execute against them quickly and resourcefully in an ambitious startup environment, and drive go-to-market strategies that enhance platform stickiness and viral loops.
    
    
  • Systems Thinking and Scalability: Experience building scalable CRM, support structures, and integrated systems for managing a rapidly growing, global user base.
    
    
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in translating platform metrics, user feedback, and creator pains into actionable product decisions. Familiarity with tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar for product analytics.
    
    
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a history of working effectively with engineering, design, data, and business teams to deliver impactful products.
    
    
  • Agile and Innovative Mindset: Comfortable in fast-paced environments, with a bias for action and the ability to navigate ambiguity while fostering innovation, especially in AI-driven products.
