As the Director of People at Qualifyze, you will be responsible for owning and executing the end-to-end people strategy, ensuring it directly supports our business goals and growth ambitions. In the next year, you will partner closely with the CEO and Leadership Team to support the transition to target department operating models, strengthen the capability and confidence of our people leaders, and embed our reward philosophy.
Reporting to our Founder and CEO, and leading core people functions including Employer Brand, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Partnering, Workplace, and Reward, you will operate as a hands-on, dynamic, commercial, and data-driven senior HR leader. This role is driven by execution and focuses on embedding our existing people products and frameworks while continuing to shape pragmatic people initiatives and improvements that support our high-impact, outcome-focused culture.
Together with the Leadership Team, create and execute the company-wide people strategy that underpins our strategic pillars and objectives.
Act as a trusted Leadership Team member, coach, and thought partner, constructively challenging where needed and helping define clear people priorities and impactful initiatives.
Develop a set of organisational KPIs to measure the impact of the people plan, with regular updates using our BI tooling and insights to support informed business decision-making.
Lead a team of people experts covering Talent Acquisition, People Operations, People Business Partnering and Workplace.
Ensure strong execution, prioritisation and delivery across all people activities through half yearly people strategic goals and operational delivery plans.
Continue to evolve Qualifyze people experience through ongoing improvements to existing processes, frameworks and tools, with the aim to automate and leverage AI to the fullest.
Support the transition to the target operating model by department, improving clarity on ownership, decision‑making and accountability.
Partner with functional leaders to implement change incrementally over time pragmatically, without large‑scale restructuring.
Collaborate closely with VP Finance to build workforce planning for the organisation, ensuring a focus on effective people and organisational investments that support sustainable growth.
Use existing people frameworks including onboarding, careers ladders, values, performance, reward to maximise organisational impact.
Create and execute a plan for enabling and supporting people leaders across the company.
Embed our people leader tools and confidence across performance management, feedback, reward conversations and day‑to‑day leadership.
Lead people leader onboarding and ongoing skill development, tracking results through team health, performance, employee relations and attrition metrics.
Ensure people processes are simple, scalable and executed to a consistently high standard across our people experience journey.
Maintain a hands‑on approach, balancing strategic design with direct involvement where needed on core topics including payroll, labor laws and compliance, expansion, sales incentives
Drive accountability for outcomes, not just activity. Continue to evolve how employees access support, optimising models based on self-serve, automation and AI.
Embed Qualifyze’s reward philosophy through hiring, compensation reviews, promotions and mandatory audits / reporting across each market.
Manage the evolution of our compensation ranges, progression frameworks and reward governance, ensuring alignment with our reward philosophy.
Ensure readiness and compliance with EU Pay Transparency requirements, taking the lead on our existing programme of work.
10+ years in people, organisation and HR roles, with at least 3+ years leading team(s).
Experience working in successful and outcome driven high growth, high change environments across Europe and beyond, especially in Spain, Germany, USA and India.
Experience owning end to end people strategy and operational execution.
Deep experience from having measurable impact across the technology industry, ideally with a software, platform or life sciences environments.
