The Position
The Director of Operations India role will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Operations at Rightsline and supported by the Managing Director of India. The role will be responsible for the overall operations of both the Professional Services and Support teams in India. The Director of Operations India is responsible for ensuring efficiency, team productivity, and delivery quality for the India Operations teams. This position will develop operational strategies, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and operational success.
Location: Noida, India. This is a full-time role based in Noida, requiring regular in-office presence (in hybrid working model), with occasional travel to customer locations and other Rightsline offices as per requirement.
What you will do:

Operations Oversight: Responsible for the oversight and administration of support and project teams in India

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company objectives for both Support and Professional Services teams.
  • Team Leadership and Management: Supervise and mentor managers and staff across both departments, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Also, provide onsite leadership presence in the Noida India office.
  • Process Optimization: Evaluate and improve internal processes and workflows to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery efficiency.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics for both teams, using data analysis to identify trends and inform decision-making.
  • Resource and Budget Management: Oversee budget planning, financial reports, and resource allocation to maximize profitability and ensure appropriate staffing levels for client needs. Ensure Project team members are delivering on time and on budget.
  • Customer Experience Oversight: Ensure the delivery of world-class customer service and high-quality project execution, managing client relationships and addressing issues effectively.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with other departments internally to ensure seamless communication, alignment of initiatives, and a unified approach to business goals.
  • Liaison between Support and Professional Services North America and International leadership to ensure standardization and best practices are being implemented and met across teams.
  • Establish processes and a point of contact to collaborate all project testing with the Quality Control team.
  • Work with the Training and Educational team to ensure prompt training of all resources.


What you will bring to the role:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required; an MBA or a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience with 8-10 in leadership positions, with a strong background in managing customer-facing teams in a software or technology environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of relevant software and systems (e.g., Professional Services Automation (PSA), Project Management software) and the ability to leverage technology for efficiency.
