As our Director of Member Growth and Activation, you will be the "Growth Hacker" for our membership; someone who isn't just managing campaigns, but is obsessed and accountable for enrollment volume, conversion outcomes, experimentation velocity, and the daily, weekly, and monthly levers that move members through the funnel and keep them engaged with using Wellthy.
Care is complicated and most families don’t know help exists or how to use it. This role ensures members actually get the support they need. You’ll play a key part in:
Expanding World-Class Member Support: Shaping and leading a Member Support strategy and muscle for Wellthy that is not just reactive but proactively shaping a modern and best-in-class member experience.
You will report directly to a SVP of Client Success.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be open to learning, experimenting, and evolving. Comfort with emerging technology and curiosity around how tools like AI can support your workflow or help families more effectively is a plus.
Total Rewards Package
The starting salary for this position is $125,000-$145,000.
