  • Serve as the primary marketing partner to regional sales leaders and account executives.
  • Build territory marketing plans aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Plan and execute field programs including executive dinners, roundtables, and events.
  • Ensure alignment of field programs with account priorities and active opportunities.
  • Participate in sales calls to identify marketing strategies that accelerate deals.
  • Own and execute regional and segment-level account-based marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate multi-touch campaigns integrating digital and field experiences.
  • Manage a small demand generation and field marketing team while ensuring hands-on execution.
  • Requirements
  • 10–12 years in B2B marketing with strong experience in field marketing and demand generation.
  • Proven track record of partnering closely with sales teams.
  • Comfortable influencing territory strategy through regular communication with sellers.
  • Hands-on experience with ABM and platforms such as 6sense, Salesforce, and Marketo.
  • Experience with paid media programs and campaign execution.
  • Strong communicator able to navigate across sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Highly execution-oriented with a passion for building and launching marketing programs.
  • Experience in managing or mentoring team members.
