Start the Best Work of Your Career at Boom
We’re bringing a new supercruising turbofan to market, built for power, and developed with an uncompromising eye toward performance. But, building a brand-new engine is only half the challenge. We also need to build the facility, the tools, and the team that will manufacture its most advanced components from the ground up.
As Director of Manufacturing Engineering, you’ll lead the development of our prototype manufacturing capability—starting with a clean sheet. You’ll set up the people, processes, and infrastructure needed to produce mission-critical hardware like blisks, vanes, drive shafts and engine cases. If you’ve ever wanted to build a foundry, a forge, or a machine shop from scratch—and do it with speed, rigor, and lasting impact—this is your shot.
