WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Reporting to the VP of Managed Services, the Director of Managed Services plays a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of EOS' Managed Services offerings. This leader will drive client retention, expansion, and new business growth within the division. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in Managed Services, having evolved into a strategic business manager and inspirational leader. This role encompasses oversight of operations, client program planning, development, execution, proposal creation, and billing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement the Managed Services strategy as defined by the business.
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight to a high-performing Service Delivery & Program Manager team focused on IT Asset Management, Supply Chain, and Logistics.
  • Set strategic and tactical priorities aligned with broader business objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients to develop accounts and services, consistently exceeding expectations within the agreed scope of work.
  • Lead periodic service reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute plans to enhance performance, reliability, and operational cost-effectiveness.
  • Embody and promote EOS values: Integrity without compromise, Respect, Commitment to Service Excellence, Collaboration, and Agility.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the portfolio to ensure EOS delivers measurable value to clients.
  • Participate in RFI and RFQ processes, including drafting and executing service proposals.
  • Partner with EOS Human Resources on personnel matters.
  • Attract, develop, and retain top talent through ongoing investment in employee growth and career development.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in Managed Services, Supply Chain, Logistics, and IT Asset Management.
  • 5 to 10 years of proven management experience leading high-performance teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience presenting to executive-level client stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in process automation and innovation.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
  • High levels of enthusiasm, energy, and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Self-motivated and capable of thriving in an autonomous environment.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in team development and performance management.
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • History of delivering efficient services that exceed customer expectations.

DESIRABLE CRITERIA:

  • Experience in scaling Managed Services operations across multiple regions.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and certifications.
  • Exposure to enterprise-level clients and global service delivery models.
  • Proficiency in tools and platforms related to IT Asset Management and Logistics.
