About this role
Incident Management for individuals with intellectual disabilities is the key responsibility of this position, including oversight of reports, analysis of data, ensuring incidents are filed and completed within timeframes and all related regulations are followed.  A person in this position will oversee the training needs of staff and ensure trainings meet all regulation.  Coordination of the training team as well as oversight of content is another main responsibility.  Working knowledge of ODP regulations is a plus.  Typical hours are 8am to 4:30pm M-F.
 
Required Qualifications
 
  • Bachelor’s Degree and two years of experience working directly with such persons; or an Associate Degree or 60 credit hours and four years of such experience.
