Proven experience similar role
Strong understanding of technology-driven businesses (cybersecurity experience is a major plus)
Exceptional organisational, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to operate with ambiguity, urgency, and discretion
Confidence working directly with senior executives and founders

Desirable

Background in cybersecurity, IT, risk, or regulatory environments
Experience in high-growth SMEs or scale-ups
Exposure to board-level reporting or investor relations
