Our client, a well-established, family-owned business, is looking for a high-impact HR leader to shape and deliver the people agenda across their regional operations. Requirements

Essential

  • Exceptional communication skills with strong relationship-building ability
  • Strong HR generalist experience across key disciplines (including talent, reward, employee relations, and organizational design)
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to partner effectively with business and finance leaders
  • Proven success leading change initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Significant senior HR leadership experience in complex and/or matrixed organizations

Preferred

  • Additional language capability
  • Track record of scaling organizations and/or evolving HR operating models
  • Exposure to a variety of market operations
  • Experience in fast-growth, transformation, or complex operating environments

Benefits

  • Base salary: $140,000 - $170,000 (dependent on experience)
