Director of Finance – The Impact Coin

The Impact Coin is seeking a Director of Finance to build and lead the company’s financial strategy and operating discipline during a period of growth. This role will work closely with company leadership on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making. We are looking for a candidate who combines strong financial rigor with a startup mindset—comfortable building from scratch, working cross-functionally, and enabling leadership to make better, faster decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across the business.
- Build and improve reporting processes, KPI dashboards, and financial visibility.
- Manage cash flow planning and support capital allocation decisions.
- Partner closely with leadership on business planning and strategic initiatives.
- Develop scalable finance processes, controls, and operating cadences.
- Support fundraising preparation, investor reporting, and board materials as needed.
- Oversee financial analysis and provide insights to support growth and operational efficiency.
- Work with accounting and external partners to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or related fields.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
- Experience in a startup, high-growth, fintech, crypto, or venture-backed environment is strongly preferred.
- Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to senior leadership.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and execution ability.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving and evolving environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in fintech, digital assets, Web3, or related sectors.
- Experience supporting fundraising and investor communications.
- CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.

Compensation

- SGD 10,000 – 15,000 per month.
