Director of Finance | AYANA Komodo

AYANA Hospitality is seeking a talented Financial Controller to join our team at AYANA Komodo. As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial insights to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the financial operations of AYANA Komodo
• Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to optimize revenue and profitability
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and reports
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budget, and forecast reports
• Provide ongoing financial analysis and insights to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
• Collaborate with senior management and department heads to support decision-making processes
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to maintain financial stability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Having minimum of  5 years of experience in Managerial position from 4 or 5 star Hotel
• Strong knowledge in Accounting and Indonesian taxation
• Having a good analytical thinking and problem solving
• Good interpersonal skill and able to coordinate with other teams
• Having previous experience in reputable public accounting firm and exposure with SAP System will be an advantage
• Willing to be placed in Labuan Bajo
