About the Role

The Director of Executive Operations serves as a strategic partner to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), providing operational oversight, coordination, and follow-up to ensure alignment and execution of key organizational initiatives. This role acts as a critical bridge between the COO and Regional Vice Presidents, driving accountability, performance visibility, and timely execution of leadership priorities across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Alignment: Track, manage, and follow up on deliverables and action items from Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and leadership meetings.
  • Performance Tracking: Review KPI dashboards, monitor mid-month collections, and identify emerging performance trends or issues requiring escalation.
  • Leadership Support: Assist in preparing weekly VP huddle agendas, document outcomes, and support the COO in developing discussion topics for VP one-on-one meetings.
  • Performance Management: Support the finalization of documentation for monthly performance reviews and benchmarking targets across operational regions.
  • Communication Coordination: Assist leadership in drafting and distributing communications to field and regional leaders; review management-level messaging for clarity, alignment, and consistency.
  • Consultant Oversight: Manage and track deliverables from external consultants engaged by the COO or operational leadership team.
  • Administrative & Executive Support: Coordinate the COO’s travel calendar, key meetings, and operational timelines to ensure efficiency and alignment.
  • Travel & On-Site Engagement: Travel as needed to support executive meetings, leadership events, or operational initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in operations management, executive support, or business performance coordination.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and drive accountability across senior leadership teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with experience tracking KPIs and operational deliverables.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
